STILL NO RESOLUTION

I have been reaching out since 9/10 with sporadic replies back and when there is a reply, I have to repeat myself all the time.  I really need to get resolutions.  Please have someone call me.  I need this issue resolved ASAP .  All my tickets have been closed with NO resolutions.  It should not have to be like this when I try to reach out multiple times .  Very unfair when my next statement is coming up with broken promises
