Still illegally taking money from customers

I authorized Xfinity to take out past due bill in the amount of 98.20 on a recorded line and they took 202 past and current. They also added my debit card to my account without my authorization tonight. Which is why full bill came out! I will be contacting The Federal Trade Commission and disputing with my bank.
