Still haven't received $50 prepaid card for returning Xfinity equipment
Another user had a similar issue to mine and is linked below. Returned Equipment, didn't get the promised $50 credit, and I am getting billed for the equipment.
After leaving Xfinity I received an email on September 14th stating I was eligible to receive a $50 prepaid card for returning my Xfinity equipment. From the email:
"The offer was available until 10/02/2020 and gift cards were to be sent 6-8 weeks after we receive your equipment returning"
September 24th: Received a confirmation email from Xfinity that my return was being processed.
October 1st: Received confirmation email from Xfinity that my return is complete
Today: Still waiting on the $50 prepaid card. I reached out to Xfinity a few times and haven't had any luck. Nobody seems to know what I am talking about. @ComcastMichael you had helped the individual in the other linked post. Hoping you could assist me with mine.
