Still got new bills after cancellation

Still got new bills after cancellation

I cancelled my internet service on last December before my paid billing cycle. I've called customer service, Chatted with online assistant to make sure the service has been canceled. I should see a refund of the extra days after the cancellation, however, I am still got monthly bills with a late fee.
