Still got charge even with promotion
I recently signed up for Xfinity home internet and was offered a free one-year mobile plan as a promotional deal. However, my current billing cycle is showing a $75 charge for the mobile service. Can you please check and clarify why I’m being charged and help resolve this? I was under the impression that the mobile plan would be free for the first year.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
