Still getting charged

Hi, why am i still getting charged after stopped the service for 7 months since december? Everytime I called they say you won’t be charged next time but still! You even sent debt collector for us. Please resolve this issue I’m sick of it.

Our team can help, but we need to work in a direct message to review the closed account and billing details. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page

I just a got a new mail again and guess what? it's the charge again by a debt collector. How??
