Still getting charged YEARS after returning equipment

Hello, I recently saw that I am getting charged for leasing two routers when I only have one, and I returned the older one when I initially moved 5 YEARS AGO. I understand that it is on me to check my bills and charges but $15 a month for 5 years is $900 that I have been charged for something I don't have. I am not sure what to do at this point.
