Still getting billed for old address after move

I have a cancellation request for my old address, and I'm worried it won't go through unless I contact support. Timeline:

May 11: Scheduled a move through the website and received confirmation of cancellation request through email: "Your order is confirmed. We’re happy to be a part of your move. " "We received your cancelation request, and we're on it"
May 24: Last day of service at the old address
May 24: Completed activation of service at the new address
May 28: Got billed for service at the old address. Disabled autopay after this, and contacted Xfinity support through chat. The agent said they see a cancellation request and I will get refunded for any overcharge
June 4: Received bill statement for the old address again
