Still billing me!
I couldn’t find my original post from a couple months back so starting new post. A couple months ago I noticed I was being billed for Xfinity mobile even though I never activated my phone with them. 42 dollars was being automatically withdrawn from my bank account. I tried to contact someone for help but kept getting the run around and never talked to a person until I finally was told I could post on here AND I contacted the BBB. Someone from Xfinity mobile did finally call me and I thought the issue had been straightened out. My money was returned and I was told my phone would be removed and my account (that I never fully activated) would be canceled. I was warned since we were coming to the end of the billing cycle that I might see a payment come out one more time but that I would be immediately refunded. Great!! Since then not only have I canceled all other Xfinity services, I have also got a brand new phone with a totally different provider (again never fully activated phone with Xfinity in the first place), AND I gave that phone away to someone who has activated it through a different provider. Another bill came through like I was told would possibly happen, so thought nothing of it at first. But, guess what? I never got refunded like promised And I have been billed again at least 1 to two more times since!! I don’t even have that phone at all anymore!!! This was supposed to have been taken care of, and the phone was never removed like I was told it would be! When you go on the Xfinity mobile app there is no option to remove the phone yourself and no option to cancel! This is a continuous problem! Remove the phone, cancel my account, stop billing me, and refund my money, again please! I shouldn’t have to escalate this a second time!

Hello user_af26mm! I understand how frustrating it is when a lingering issue you thought was resolved rears its head again, but you've come to the right place for help. Above all we don't want you to be charged for any services not currently in use, and especially not after it's been communicated you should not be charged anymore.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we can review the account to correct any billing that needs it.
