Still being charged for "Digital Converters" that I never received and have never used!
For years now I have been charged for 2 digital converters. I have never had a digital converter. I don't watch TV. Over a year ago I was being charged for 1 digital converter and I called to complain. A few months later I started getting charged for 2 digital converters. I called to complain. Comcast assured me that it was a mistake and credited my account with the charges. Now, I'm being charged for 2 digital converters again! I have internet only on my account.
I'm really thinking I'm going to have to take this to court. It really adds up. They are charging me ~$15 / month for the two digital converters that I DO NOT HAVE AND HAVE NEVER HAD!
EDIT: I wanted to add that I have my own modem, not a comcast modem, so I know the charges are not related to that.
