Still Being Billed, Now for two months, after cancelling my account due to a move to an area not serviced by Xfinity
So I now have a bill for 45 days worth of service, despite having cancelled my account on 9/6, effective 9/14. I should have a partial bill 9/1-9/14, but I now have two bills, one for 9/1-9/30 and a new bill for 10/1-10/31.
Doesn't Xfinity cancel an account after being notified? I spoke to an agent on the 800-line on 9/6 who swore the account was cancelled as of 9/14. I no long live at the address that was served by this account and have moved to an area not serviced by Xfinity.
