Hello, and thank you for joining the Forums community, I know I'd be wondering that same thing too! You can double-check if your payment was received by logging into your Xfinity account online and checking the balance shown, user_taklh7. You can also check via the Xfinity app by selecting the Account Icon toward the bottom of the app. Did you mail a check, and has the balance zeroed out online or in the app?
