I would like my statements mailed to my house from now on.  How can I make sure this will happen.

Hey there, user_5246tr! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! If your account is enrolled in paperless billing, you would want to follow the steps here to turn the feature off. Once it is turned off, it would take a billing cycle to receive the statement. Please let me know if that resolves your concerns.
