statement on billing

I can not print my xfinity statement and need those statements to pay my bill.  I have requested months ago for them to be mailed.

Hello user_dotfi8! Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums. I know the trouble with online statements. I thought online billing would work out fine, but I keep forgetting to make payments when I don't receive that statement! I would be happy to check the settings on our side for receiving a paper statement, but you can make those updates on your side online as well. If you visit the billing section of your account you can turn off paperless billing. You can also make the update in the Xfinity app under account, billing details, paperless billing and toggle the option off. 

Are you able to check these settings on your account? Are they showing that paperless billing is already turned off?
