Statement history incomplete
My statement history page
https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history
shows links to statements from the current one back to "2024 Mar 23 - Apr 22",
but the statements older than "2025 Apr 23 - May 22"
cannot be displayed or downloaded; clicking the links does not open a new tab containing the statement.
Why is that?
How do I access my older statements?

Just to confirm, you're saying after logging into your account online, you're able to download statements up until April of last year? And are you currently accessing your statements through the Xfinity app or website?
