Statement history incomplete

My statement history page
https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history
shows links to statements from the current one back to "2024 Mar 23 - Apr 22",
but the statements older than "2025 Apr 23 - May 22"
cannot be displayed or downloaded; clicking the links does not open a new tab containing the statement.
Why is that?
How do I access my older statements?

Just to confirm, you're saying after logging into your account online, you're able to download statements up until April of last year? And are you currently accessing your statements through the Xfinity app or website?

Yes, that is what I'm saying, and I'm using the webpage. The links on that webpage for statements from the most recent down to the "2025 Apr 23 - May 22" link work to open their linked statements, the links below (older than) that link do not open anything.

Yes. The non-working links look exactly the same on the page as the working links, and they are clickable; they even do the "wait for the moving dots" animation when clicked, but they do not then open a statement in a new tab, or anywhere.

Are you able to see if those links act any different after clearing the cache and cookies from your preferred browser? If you're able to try logging in on a different browser as well to see if you get the same result, I would for sure recommend it.

Cleared cache & cookies in Chrome, no change.

Tried Edge on same machine, no change.

Tried Brave on different machine running Kubuntu, no change.

In all cases, "Apr23 - May22" and above work, "Mar23 - Apr22" and below don't.

Are you unable to duplicate this problem for other accounts?
