Statement generated wrong

So I moved in My Pl., January third and the bill got generated on the fourth with credit, etc. I owed $93 and change I paid 94 then some bogus situation came up and it got resolved the next day they generated another bill. I paid my statement from October 3 to February 2 and I’m looking at these charges and this is nonsense. OK absolute nonsense. There’s no partial charges etc. I already paid up my bill so I’m trying to get in the runaround and people calling me and yelling and screaming at me. oh I gotta look into this you know what there’s nothing to look into because that statement the second one they generated tried to say it was from whatever date till February 2 no no no no I paid my bill up already so that I’m gonna have to file complaints about this. I’m not getting railroaded. I am not getting robbed.I’m
