Splitting payments in half
I have a bill of $96 due on the 15th. Which is tomorrow. Since I don't have any overdue payments, can I pay $50 today and pay the remaining balance later? If so, when would the rest be due, and when would my Wi-Fi service be disconnected if I couldn't pay it by then?

Hello, @user_9ry0pr Partial payments are accepted by Xfinity, but the company retains the right to collect the full balance owed. Any partial payment will be applied to outstanding charges at Xfinity's discretion. If a customer fails to pay the full amount by the due date, they may incur additional fees, and Xfinity may suspend or disconnect services. Reconnection after suspension may also incur additional fees.
To help we offer payment arrangements. A payment arrangement allows eligible Xfinity customers to select a future date to pay their past-due balance, helping to avoid service interruptions. To set it up, customers must sign in at xfinity.com and may see the option on the Payments page or go through the assistant chat. They can choose a payment date and may add a payment method later. It's important to note that a payment arrangement is different from a scheduled payment, as it specifically prevents service interruption. If the arrangement is canceled or fails, service will be interrupted until the full balance is paid.
