Split payment paid twice

Question

I set up a payment to be split on two different dates three days apart and it was successful, but a few days later another payment was charged to my bank card for the full amount of what the split payments were.

user_rihuxd Thanks for reaching out! If you have autopay on the account, scheduling separate payments will not stop the scheduled autopay. Also, if an account has had a payment return, Comcast will try to process the payment two times through a customer’s bank before it’s returned.
