Speed Upgrade

About two weeks ago, I upgraded my upload and download speeds to gigabit. On Xfinity Mobile, it says that gigabit is now my current plan. However, the Xfinity website says that I have an order pending and my current billing cycle, ending October 18th, is still for my previous, slower plan. When will that order go through and my speed be upgraded?
