I got called with an offer that said there was an Apple sponsor that my bill would be $70 per month if I paid $700 up front for 10 months. Was this a Spam call?

Hi there, @user_f04c46 Yes, I do apologize, but that does sound like a scam call. Xfinity does not require customers to make a large upfront payment through a third-party "Apple sponsor" in order to receive a discounted monthly bill. Thank you for checking before making any payment. If you have not already done so, I recommend avoiding any further contact with the caller and not providing any personal or payment information. I'd be happy to review your account and check for any legitimate promotions or discounts that may be available. Please send us a DM  with your full name and service address, and we'll be happy to assist further.
