Soon to be former customer, need immediate supervisor assistance
I get hung up on every time I call. I have been waiting for 3 months on my refund due to being homeless and unable to access my service for the entire month of august which I had to pay for, and then instead of transferring my account to a new residence, I was given a new account which I couldn’t access for 3 weeks, then they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the tech visit 2 days before since they finally fixed the issue to allow me access to my internet service, still waiting on refund from original account but I’m “not the account holder” now and everyone blows me off by saying my refund will be processed in 5-7 days, my acp credit isn’t being applied to my account, and I’m ready to file a complaint and I need to file a dispute for tech visit who I tried cancelling etc
