Someone to correct my information and billing

Trying to correct my address and bank info. Incorrect from the start. Called several times. Moved through different departments. Was online messaging for some time. Thought it was fixed but was not when I checked earlier today. Not using my bank account info to pay which was to be set up originally. Had to use credit card twice. The wrong town is listed as residence. Can't seem to get anyone to correct it so my bank will honor  my request. The salesman and tech called this the Bloomsburg area, but my town is Mifflinville, PA 18631. There are others in this little village that are your customers. I don't see what the issue is. Please help. Thank you.
