Soft disconnect medical esxalation

 My wife has just returned home from the hospital. Our internet is in a soft disconnect. And my wife needs the internet Wi-Fi for her intravenous pumps, I vumps and her doctor to be able to control her pain medicine.  And also for her doctor to communicate with her through text message i've been on the phone for an hour with your company and spoke to 5 different people who all said they could help me. And now nobody will help me and they will not reconnect my internet, even when I told them that I could pay my bill on Friday, my pass do amount, my wife has a brain tumor and has a 20% chance of survival and your company will not help me.  That is wrong after being with you guys for over a year.I need some answers and somebody to get back to me immediately.
