site wont allow me to pay my bill

I'm trying to pay my bill, but going to the bill pay page just results in a " this is taking longer than expected" and " sorry this isn't available  right now" messages. I've tried from multiple devices, tried calling and it all ends up in the same place. I need to pay my bill to restore service, but it seems if your service has ben suspended, its nearly impossible to pay your bill.

Hello, @user_w59xss our team will do all we can to help you. Just a heads-up on Xfinity Forums we're not able to process payments, but we can take a closer look at your account details and see what direction we need to go to restore service. Just send us a direct message when you have a moment. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

This is happening to me as well, and has happened before. Xfinity, this should not be hard to fix, and it's an embarrassment to you for as long as it goes on. Please get on it. Thank you.

Thanks for your comment, user_i3fhv2. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. Have you tried different browsers or an incognito page to see if that helps? I also recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Have you tried this already?
