Simplicity

I have comcast internet for home. I also have iPhone 17 using Comcast for provider. It is confusing b by cause t h ey are billed separately. Can I have it combined into one bill  so I can manage account better. Also it is confusing with all these different plans. I would like to get my bill lowered. I might be overpaying . I think that I am paying for so much data and might not be using all of it

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_h9n45e! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I do understand that having 2 bills can be a bit confusing, but the internet and mobile are billed separately. The great thing is that both of the accounts can be managed via our amazing Xfinity App, but it does not eliminate the 2 bills.

As far as exploring to ensure you are not paying for services that are no longer used/needed, I would be more than happy to go through all options for your Internet and Mobile account to ensure you have the best rate for what is enjoyed. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
