Signed up for internet, promotion included free ipad
I have been being charged every month for a mobile line that I was told would be free. Promotion was free ipad with internet. After chatting with live agent, was told it would discount the internet to equal the original price of the internet (which was a lie) and have tried several times since to no avail.
