Signed in but can not receive internet promotion shown.
While logged in to my account, there is a promo for the same exact speed internet plan that I currently have for $25 (add equipment) but I am paying $66 (plus equipment). I have tried going through the process of buying that plan but always make it to check out and states there was an error and can't load screen.
I've called multiple times and explained the issue, but get the "no current deals" old saying.
Why is it stating one deal, but can't receive that price? I took a screen shot of the page showing I am logged in and the promo deal on the screen, because one person on the phone stated they need the engineers to see what's wrong.

Are you sure this promo isn't for new customers only, because it sounds as though it is? Is there a small "See other details" link? Clicking on that would give you more details.
