Shut Off on a weekend

So i was disconnected again without warning, checked my bill yesterday said balance due 168 on November 4th. Woke up today, disconnected cannot go to bank because it is closed and my card is locked due to fraud, which I explained was going last week, when I was also shut off for 37 dollars. I explained my card is locked for 7 business days until I get my new card, and asked what I need to pay, they said 37 dollars. I checked my bill all week to see if anything else came back, said 168 all week until this morning all of a sudden it shows past due 241.00 its not even a business day and they shut me off, no call saying hey this was also returned. Its pretty unfair that even after I explained what was going on you wait until the weekend to just shut me off, I can schedule everything for Wed, which is the latest my new card would be here, but i cannot go to the bank since it is saturday..........

user_unu7yq, Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I completely understand why you’re frustrated, especially after you explained the situation with your card and were told that $37 was what needed to be paid. Seeing a different past-due amount and waking up to your service disconnected without expecting it would understandably be upsetting. We’d be happy to take a closer look at the account with you to see what happened with the returned payment, the current balance, and what options may be available to help get you through until your new card arrives. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message, so we can review this together.
