Shut off during extension

I was shut off even though I was told in chat I could get extended until next week once I had gotten paid....I saved the chats confirming this one was an Aakash and the other being Sal, I was very specific and they both confirmed I had been extended an extra week.

The best part about the app is that it automatically gives you the dates you can st up the arrangement for. Is this for Mobile or for your residential services?

Residential and like I said I had an arrangement set up they extended to the 28th I saved the chats

Like I said I had an arrangement, they were extending it to the 28th when I get paid, I saved both chats for proof which were very specific
