Should be receiving $10 discount for paperless billing and bank autopay
Hello - I received an email in early December, offering $10 discount starting January 1, 2024, if I sign up for paperless billing and bank account autopay. I've done both and yet my January and February invoices do not have the discount. Can someone please help me get the discount retroactive to January and going forward? Thanks!

Hey there @user_a9c28a the Autopay/EcoBill discount can take up to 2 billing periods to begin reflecting, but we'd be happy to look over the account for you to ensure everything is set properly.
