Here’s how to enroll in Auto Pay:
Sign in at https://www.xfinity.com. Please note: Only Primary or Manager users can view full bill details.
Click Billing & Pay, then choose Manage Auto Pay.
If you have Xfinity Mobile, click View Bill & Transaction History, then select Bill Details in the Mobile Billing card to access Auto Pay options.
Select an existing payment method or add a new one.
If you're adding a new payment method, you’ll be asked to confirm your identity by entering the six‑digit code sent to your trusted device or contact method.
Check the box to agree to the Automatic Payments Terms & Conditions.
Enter your payment details:
Bank account: You’ll connect securely through Plaid to verify your account. Credit/Debit card: Enter your card information and Security Code (three digits on the back, or four on the front for American Express).
Click Set Up.
Once everything is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message and also receive a confirmation email, so you’ll have peace of mind knowing Auto Pay is active. If you have any other questions or run into anything along the way, we’re here and happy to help!
