I have been on the phone with them for two weeks, either called them or chatted with them every chat when we get down to the seriousness of the issue and what to be resolved I get switched to another agent to the point where each time I’m gonna chat I’m talk to either seven or eight agents Today. I was back on the chat making sure that my expedited refund ticket was going to happen because it was told that it would first go to my Xfinity account and then would be refunded to my checking account why I don’t know but therefore again I talked to five or six agents today and still Keep getting switched to different agent agents and nothing resolved

Then when you call they tell you in order to put it back on hold for another couple of months until you move. You would have to restart a new service and then then they can put it on hold that you would be charged no fee while this was on hold and again charge you again and never put it on hold
