Services suspended

I wanted to see if I could make a payment arrangement for the 10th of August?

Good Morning user_aa5og5 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums! We're so sorry to hear your services are suspended. The option for a payment arranmgnet is built into the Xfinity App when making a payment. 

 

 

Pay your bill using the Xfinity app

 

  1. Tap Make a Payment.
    • You may be required to sign in again.
    • Note: If you already have automatic payments scheduled and would like to make an early payment, tap Make early payment.
  2. Select the payment amount, the date you'd like to pay and the payment method.

 

  • Note: If your account is currently delinquent, you'll see an option to set up a payment arrangement for the specific amount needed to restore or prevent interruption of your service.
