Services being put on hold

Has anyone else been told that while you’re in a temporary home until you move to your new home that putting your service on hold would be better their disconnecting your service that you wouldn’t be charged for anything while your service is on hold to turn around and someone without your knowledge disconnecting your service and charging you for this

Service address. I just told you that my mother passed away. My sister got removed from the home was making sure everything was taken care of at 225 Austin Bone Rd. so I could be sold had to move out to my daughter’s house, you had no service out here so they Told me that it would be best to put my account on hold months ago and two weeks ago I found out that it was on hold when I was being charged $218 which you couldn’t take out of my account because I didn’t have it in it that it had been disconnected

Why would I message you privately when I for the last two weeks I’ve been on and off the phone sometimes all day at work trying to get this matter resolved and it’s not resolved not once and then you take money out of my account that you told me that would never be done Sweetie. I am so tired of talking and explaining things to agent after agent after agent after agent, I’ll just call corporate, but thank you. Just thought that Xfinity forum people should know that putting your account on hold is nothing but a lie that I was lied to that you know if I was gonna be charged for something that I wasn’t using that I would’ve just disconnected it not help it Anybody would

we’ll see if Xfinity keeps to their word in the next 24 hours. That’s what they have left on the 24 to 48 hour refund that I’m supposed to be getting. We’ll see if they keep their work
