Service was shut with no warning letter

Service was shut with no letter warning me of the date to pay past due

WHY???????? WHY NO LETTER WHEN THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN YOUR PRACTICE IN THE PAST???

Automated system tells me past due is way higher than it should be $$$$ given that I lowered my level of service and lowered my bill last month

Can somebody help me? I dont have time to ha please this during working hours
