Service turned off because of previous tenant balance.
I took my lease agreement and ID to the store to prove the previous tenant isn't related to us at all. They said it'd likely be the next day that our services will be back on, but it's been 87 days now. I have a collections hold case number, and every time i try to speak to a representative they say they will have services on within a few hours (they didn't , it's been 2 days still nothing), or they just don't understand me.
