How long after making a payment once service has been temporarily suspended until my service is restored?

@user_f7e91d Are you still experiencing issues with your services after payment?

If you were in a temporary disconnect and have made a payment (for the past due amount) the time frames to be restored are as follows:

Xfinity TV resumes immediately.
Xfinity Internet resumes immediately.
- If you are using your own router, you may need to manually restart the router, after your modem/gateway/eMTA restarts, to regain your service.
Xfinity Voice resumes within one hour.
Xfinity Home service resumes in four to six hours.
