Service Suspended with Payment Arrangement
My services are suspended even with a payment arrangement scheduled for 10/11 and 10/10. How is that possible? I plan on making a payment tomorrow. I chose 10/11 initially to cover me. Can someone help, please?

Good afternoon user_611fb4. Sorry to hear your services are interrupted. I would be happy to look into this further for you. When setting up a scheduled payment for a future date, that is different from a payment arrangement, or extension. Having a payment scheduled does not guarantee your services remain on. When you set the arrangement up, did it indicate it was an extension?
