Service suspended but says I owe nothing

My service was suspended on Wednesday and I paid the bill this morning -- however my service is still suspended and when I go into my dashboard it says "pay at least $0 to restore service today"

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us! Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue. You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support",which should then give you the ability to send us a message.
