Service suspended 1 day after being reconnected with payment arrangement, now asking for more $$, why?

Why was my service suspended when I just paid $50 to get into a payment arrangement just yesterday? my service was reconnected after doing so, and then today it is suspended again. How? 

How can I pay to get into a payment arrangement and then 24 hours later have my account suspended again?  Isn't the point of the arrangement to keep service until I'm able to pay the remaining amount owed? 

So why is it requesting I pay an additional $32 after just paying $50? 

I cannot afford to pay a payment every single day to keep my service active, obviously.

And explain to me why I have to come to a forum to try to connect with a live human being when reaching out to a company the size of xfinity? I pay thousands of dollars a year for Xfinity and when I need help I can't get a live human being through chat phone or email? Seriously? I am not going to go to a brick and mortar store for a utility that I pay for in my home, That is absurd.  I would never go to the electric company or the gas company when I'm having issues with either, would i? No I would call a number and reach a live, breathing human and get help. 

Xfinity doesn't care about customer service because they know the majority of the population has no other options when it comes to cable internet and phone providers, so you can treat us as badly as you want without fearing l

osing us.. like a giant monopoly. 

I shouldn't have to reach out on a forum for something so simple.
