Service still suspended but was told it would be turned on 2 hours ago

Hello, 

I was advised that my system would be turned back on 2 hours ago and I still do not have any service. I cannot get any representative at all, only that the office is closed now that my service was never turned back on. Please help me

As a consumer myself, I know how important working service is and would be happy to look into what options we have to assist you. Firstly, was the service suspended due to a temporary package change such as a seasonal plan?
