Service restoration

I just set up a payment arrangement with a live agent and was wondering when my service would be restored or if there is a way to check and make sure it got done.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_dantek103 Payment arrangements are only set through the Xfinity Assistant either inside the Xfinity app or at its web page link. There is a good chance a scheduled payment was set up with the agent which would not restore service and just set a payment to post at a specific-later date. I would recommend reviewing our payment arrangement overview and our installment setup process if you're needing assistance restoring service due to carrying a past-due balance. Setting up those features is the only option to get service restored without paying the past due balance. If your account does not qualify for any of those options you'll need to pay the full past-due amount before your service will be restored.

@XfinityBradM see im being told different things i did that exact thing through the app and when I asked the agent and he said that there wasn't a payment arrangement set up. So he canceled those and said he set up another one and that my service should come back so im lost on wat to do and i just need till Thursday to pay the past due balance.

If your account did not qualify for a payment arrangement it would state that the payment you're setting up would not restore service and is just a scheduled payment. If your account does not qualify for a payment arrangement or the installment plan options, the only way to restore service would be to pay the past-due balance. Our team would not be able to restore service but can provide you with some account details if you would please DM us your first and last name as it is list on your Xfinity ID and your full-service address.
