Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon @user_et4d7s. That sounds like a phishing attempt, hopefully you didn't click any links. From my experience, we do not send texts when it comes to your promotions. If you want us to check your account to make sure, send us a direct (private) message with your full name and address.

@user_et4d7s
Here's how to send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support;
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person but don't do that.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
