Service outage

was trying to report a service outage to receive credits. Service has been out since Saturday January 13th 2024 due to weather power was returned to homes Monday January 15 2024 however, service did not return until Monday, January 22, 2024 when I tried to add those dates it would not let me as it only lets seven days. Then only credited me one day.
