Service Outage Credit Request (Houston)
My family's internet service was down for 3.5 days. I'd like to be credited for the outage.
I have seen that the typical response to this type of request is to privately message a ComcastEmployee forum account to start the process, but I was unable to find a PM button on any employee's home page. I'm not sure if this is because users are only able to PM employees that have responded to their post, or maybe it's because my forum account is new.
