service order change 10/23 to add service to a second television
I received an email on 10/23 confirming a change order to my account adding service to a second televsion for an additional 9.95 per month. The problem is I only have one television in my apartment. I never authorized or requested the change order and would like that charge removed from my current bill. I tried calling customer service to speak to a person but was unable to connect to a live agent.
I would appreciate confirmation that the charges for an additional television be removed from my account.
