Service not restored after payment
My account got deactivated so I paid up everything (with help) but my xfinity app still says my account is inactive. I have the receipts for both payments but it still says I have an outstanding bill but it’s for 0 dollars.
I need internet for school and it’s already been an hour, when will my account be reactivated?
