Service Interrupted
Hello, my internet service was interrupted between March 4th and March 5th. On the 4th I experience slower download speeds under 100mbps and my plan is for 1000mbps. During the evening on the 5th there was an outage in my area which didn't get resolved until 6am the next day. How would I go about getting my current bill lowered for the service disruption?

We will need you to send us a Private Message with your full name and address. Here are some instructions on how to send us a PM in case you need them:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
