Service interrupted after payment arrangements made

On several occasions it’s happened  and that’s unfair I have a household with a special needs brother and rely on my services to keep him entertained or make sure he doesn’t slip out of the house while we are asleep cause he triggers the alarm .

Hello @user_3ba0d5. Appreciate you reaching out! I work from home and understand the crucial need to constant connectivity. A big thing to keep in my regarding payment arrangements would be that when your new billing generates. It sounds like during the time frame of your arrangement your new bill generated which changed your past due owed balance. If that happens the signal disconnection is crucial, this will alert you that something has changed with your balance. We always want to make sure you are connected, but also to ensure the balance does not become too large to manage. Thank you.

That makes no sense if the payment arrangement it’s on auto pay . Who can check for me to make sure I wasn’t charged both those times for reconnecting services ?
